Instructions
Make the coffee rub.
In a small bowl, combine the ground coffee, brown sugar, pepper, coriander, oregano, and sea salt. Stir to mix thoroughly.Prep the patties.
Form the ground beef into eight, ½-inch thick patties; make a slight indentation in the center of each.Season generously.
Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of the coffee spice mix on each patty. Press to adhere.Grill to perfection.
